Martin Henry’s Signature class!

This highly effective lower body workout is designed to tone and define the hips, thighs, buttocks and abdominals without building bulk of traditional weight lifting exercises. Martin’s hands on approach assure maximum results of each participant. Classes conclude with a slow balancing stretch.



Supersculpt

A traditional weight lifting classes which emphasizes proper form, technique and postural alignment. Weight bearing exercises in association with rubber band resistance assures long beautiful muscular development. Each class has an emphasis on Core development through proper placement and isolation. Classes conclude with a slow balancing stretch.
